Re: New album

Thanks Al, for uploading all the old 1940s photos.   Lots to look at for an old codger like me.  Great family shots!  Loved the pics of Yuma and McAllum(?).   The old plank road through the sand dunes was something my Dad told us about - How their car broke down while trying to drive on it when he was 6 or 7.  You looked like you were trying to get the motor started on that hand saw with your Dad, Ray and Marla looking on :-)   I'll have to magnify Manuel's letters, but I'm looking forward to reading them.

ps: Do they ever have earthquakes in Yuma?  It looks like the house could easily fall off those piers. - j
