Yes. That's the smallest traffic circle I've seen also. I guess the intent is to slow traffic down. Remember that there were a number of accidents in front of your house on 112th. I think you have at least two if not three photos of those. One you don't have is the accident my mother had right there when she was taking us to school in our 41 Chevy. She got hit in the right rear when attempting to cross 112th on Berendo. People tended to go too fast on 112th.
